Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the View sales Permissions.
Scope
You must have a Role within the Branch you are viewing Transactions in.

Use case
The Shopfront enables Staff members to record point-of-sale (PoS) Transactions when selling Products to Members in-house. These Transactions can be viewed at any stage for auditing reasons. Receipts can be re-sent to Members (via email) for any Transaction displayed in the Transactions screen.
Navigation
The Transaction screen is accessed at Branch level:
Branch transactions
To open the Transaction screen for a Branch:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Transactions
All Transactions that have been performed in the Branch (today by default) are listed:
Member transactions
To open the Transaction screen for a Member:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Members
Select a Member
Click on Transactions
All Transactions that have been performed by that Member (today by default) are listed:
View point-of-sale transactions
To view point-of-sale Transactions performed in the Shopfront:

Select which Transactions you wish to view ( Branch Transactions only) Select Today (default) to view today's Transactions only: Select All to view all Transactions to date Note: Transactions are displayed in chronological order with the latest at the top of the list. |

Locate the Transaction you wish to view Each Transaction displays:

Select a Transaction to view its details Click on the date of the Transaction to view a detailed summary |

The Transaction details display an itemised list of what was sold: Note: A receipt can be sent to the Member from this screen. |
