Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the "Access to group operations" Permission to access the Organisation level menu.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch manager
Your Role must have the "Manage payment option" Permission to modify Payment options.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch manager
Scope
To modify a Payment option, you must have one of the above Roles within all of the Branches the Payment option is "Available for sale in". i.e. If you want to modify a Payment option that is "Available for sale in" Branch A, B and C, but you only have one of the above Roles in Branch A and B, you will not be able to modify the Payment option.
Rules
If you have the correct Permissions to modify a Payment option there are some rules in regards to Payment options:
Payment options that display the Tag:
- can be modified
- can be Archived
- are not "Available for sale" until Published
Payment options that display the Tag:
- can be modified
- can be duplicated
- can be Archived
- are "Available for sale" until Archived
Payment options that display the Tag:
- cannot be modified
- can be duplicated
- are not "Available for sale"
- cannot be re-published

Use case
The Member Website is a public-facing website that allows Members or Prospects to sign up for Memberships and Book Classes online. The Member Website dynamically updates from Clubware.
It has two main sections:
The timetable page
Used to enable Members or Prospects to view and Book gym Classes.
If you create a new Class in Clubware and make it Available online, the Member Website's Timetable page displays the Class immediately, enabling Members or Prospects to Book into the Classes online. You can also specify which Branches the Class will be Available for.
The sign-up page
Used to enable Members or Prospects to sign-up for new Memberships.
If you create a new Payment option for a Membership plan in Clubware and make it Available online, the Member Website's Sign-up page displays the Membership immediately, enabling Members or Prospects to join your gym by signing up for the Membership online. You can also control which Branches the Membership will be Available for sale in.
Navigation
The Member Website URLs are located at Branch level:

To locate the Member Website URL for a Branch:
Navigate to Branch level (blue menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Branch settings
Click on the Member Website URL located at the bottom of the page.
Sign-up page
The Member Website provides a Sign-up page for each Branch.
The Sign-up page dynamically updates from Clubware. If you create a new Payment option for a Membership plan in Clubware and make it Available online, the Member Website's Sign-up page displays the Membership immediately, enabling Members or Prospects to join your gym by signing up for the Membership online.
Note: To modify a Payment option, access to the Organisation level (grey menu) of Clubware is required. If you do not have access to the Organisation level of Clubware, you will need to contact your Head Office.
Click the Join now button to open the Sign-up page of the Member Website:
The Sign-up page displays the Memberships available in the Branch, enabling Members or Prospects to join your gym by signing up for the Membership online. Each Membership displays all Payment options that have been made Available online:
Link sign-up page to your website
Each Branch has its own unique Member Website with a Sign-up page and Timetable page. This enables you to differentiate which Memberships and Classes will be sold at each Branch. Both pages can be linked to your website with help from your website developer.
Your website developer can:

Add a Booking button on your website linking to the Timetable page for each Branch

Send sign-up links to your website developer
Copy the Sign-up page URL (at the top of your browser), then paste it into an email to your developer. Repeat this process for each Branches Sign-up page URL:
Send the Sign-up page URLs (for each Branch) to your website developer, so they can create your Membership sign-up buttons on your website for each Branch.
Note: Only Direct-debit (billing) Memberships can be purchased online.
Paid-in-full, External payer and Visit pass Memberships must be completed within the gym.
Add a membership to the sign-up page
To display a Membership on the Sign-up page:
