Resolving active cards on inactive members
An issue was resolved in Clubware version 1.3.0, to ensure Members that became inactive (due to their initial Payment method being rejected or blocked by the Billing company) had their Access card disabled.
However, if a Member was added prior to the release of Clubware version 1.3.0, it is possible you will find a Member that has an active Access card, even though their Membership is not active.
To resolve this, please contact Clubware support.
