Remove a suspension
Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the Manage membership Permission.
Scope
You must have a Role within the Branch you wish to remove a Suspension from a Member.
Rules
The Membership must be active. The Suspension must have a state date in the future. You cannot remove a Suspension on a Membership that has ended.
You cannot remove a Suspension that is in the past.

Use case
Suspending a Membership enables you to park the Membership while a Member is unable to attend the gym regularly (i.e. they are going on holiday, or have fallen ill).
Un-suspending a Membership enables you to re-activate the Membership should the Member wish to return early.
Un-suspending a Membership will reduce the End date of a Term contract accordingly.

Suspensions are removed at Branch level:
Branch level
To remove a Suspension:
Navigate to Branch level (blue menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Members
Remove a suspension
To remove a Suspension from a Membership:

Click Remove If the Suspension is currently active, click End now. You cannot remove an active Suspension from a Membership. Note: The Suspension details box will be removed and the End date of a Term contract will be amended accordingly |
