This article guides you through the process of resetting a forgotten password in the Member Website.

Prerequisites
To reset a Member Website password, you must:
- have previously set-up a username and password for the Member Website
- have access to the email address stored in your Member profile
Use case
Use these instructions if you have forgotten your password to the Member Website.
Navigation
Member Website password resets are performed within the Member Website.
Each Branch has it's own Member Website:
Member website
To locate the Member Website URL for a Branch:
Navigate to Branch level (blue menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Branch settings
Click on the Member Website URL located at the bottom of the page.
Clicking on the URL opens the Timetable section of the Member Website in a new window:
Reset password
To reset your password to the Member Website:

Enter your username Note: The username identifies which Member is resetting their password. |
