Prerequisites
Role
You must have at least one Role with the "Access to group operations" Permission. This Permission gives you access to Organisation level and displays the Organisation level button at Branch level:
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master Franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch Manager
Scope
You only require one Role with "Access to group operations" Permission to access Organisation level.
You must have a Role in all of the Branches within a Branch group to view it.
Tip: More information can be found here:
Use case
Branch groups enable you to assign multiple Branches (instead of individual Branches) to:
- Staff member Roles
- Payment options
- Classes
- Products available at Point-of-sale
- Reporting scopes
The advantage of assigning Branch groups (instead of individual Branches) is that should a group change, you need only edit the Branch group, rather than manually changing multiple areas of Clubware affected by the changes.
