This article guides you through the process of removing an External payer membership from a Member.

Remove an external payer membership

 

Prerequisites

Role

Your Role must have the Manage membership Permission.

 

Scope

You must have a Role within the Branch you wish to remove a Membership.

Use case

Remove an External payer membership if you want to:

  • Prevent a Member from accessing the gym
  • Cancel a Membership for a Member
 

Navigation

Memberships are removed at Branch level:

 

Branch level

To remove an External payer membership:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)

Select a member from the Member list

Select Memberships (above the member profile)

Select the Membership you wish to remove

Click on the three vertical dots Menu.png (top right-hand side)

Select End

Set the End date to the date you want the membership to be removed

Either enter the date manually or use the calendar icon to select a date via the calendar

Select the Cancellation reason
