Remove an external payer membership
Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the Manage membership Permission.
Scope
You must have a Role within the Branch you wish to remove a Membership.

Use case
Remove an External payer membership if you want to:
- Prevent a Member from accessing the gym
- Cancel a Membership for a Member
Navigation
Memberships are removed at Branch level:
Branch level
To remove an External payer membership:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Members
Remove an external payer membership
To remove an External payer membership:
