Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the Manage membership Permission.
Scope
You must have a Role within the Branch you wish to modify a Suspension end date.
Rules
The Suspension must be active. You cannot modify a Suspension that has not yet started or has ended.
A Suspension end date can be modified to a maximum of 12 months in the future.

Use case
Suspending a Membership enables you to park the Membership while a Member is unable to attend the gym regularly (i.e. they are going on holiday, or have fallen ill).
Suspending a Membership will extend the End date of a Term contract accordingly.
Navigation
Suspensions are modified at Branch level:
Branch level
To modify a Suspension end date:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Members
Modify a suspension end date
