This article guides you through the process of Transferring a single Member from one Branch to another.

Role
Your Role must have the Manage member Permissions.
Scope
You must have a Role in the Branches you wish to Transfer a member from and to.

Use case
A Member's Home branch is where a Member initially signs-up and pays for their Membership (by default). Member Transfer enables a Staff member to Transfer a Member to the Branch they frequent more often, thus ensuring the correct Branch receives the gym Membership Payments.
Member Transfers automatically notify the Billing company to change (on the next Billing cycle) which Branch will receive the Member's Membership Payments.
Currently, members who have active or pending memberships can be easily transferred. For other member statuses, please refer to your billing provider for more information.
Note: Members cannot be transferred if they are due to be debited today.
Navigation
Single Member transfers are initiated at Branch level.
Branch level
To transfer a single Member:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Members
Transfer a member
To Transfer a Member:
Select the Member from the Member list |

Click on the three vertical dots (on the right-hand side of the edit button)

Select Transfer member |

The From branch will display the Branch the Member currently "Belongs to" |

Select the Branch the Member is to transfer to via the To branch dropdown box |

Click Transfer member |
