Adding a missing staff member
To add a missing Staff member:
- Add the Staff member to Clubware
- Before you can add the Access card number to the Staff member the Access card number needs to be removed from the Access control Software (where it was linked to the Staff member in Clubware).
Note: If when adding the Access card number to the newly created Staff member in Clubware, you get an error message 'Card number in use' and you are unable to find the Access card number in Clubware, please contact Clubware support for assistance.
