How to resolve access cards issues
If a Member is coming off Suspension, there is currently no trigger to re-activate their Access card number with the Access control Software. This will be resolved in our next release of Clubware.
In the meantime, to resolve this do not remove their existing Access card number.
Instead, add another dummy Access card number (any Access card number will do), then remove it.
Adding an additional Access card number (and then removing it) will trigger all existing Access card numbers and Access levels to be resent to the Access control Software from Clubware.
