Remove a staff member
If you have a Staff member that no longer works for your Branch, how do you remove them?
Removing a Staff member is a two-step process:
- remove their Access card
- deactivate the Staff member
Remove an access card
Navigate to the Staff member profile.
Click remove next to all Access card numbers allocated to them.
Deactivate a staff member
Navigate to the Staff member profile.
Click on the Kebab menu (three vertical dots) located next to the edit button.
Select deactivate.
