Use case
The Member Website is a public-facing website that allows Members or Prospects to sign up for Memberships and Book Classes online. The Member Website dynamically updates from Clubware.
It has two main sections:
The timetable page
Used to enable Members or Prospects to view and Book gym Classes.
If you create a new Class in Clubware and make it Available online, the Member Website's Timetable page displays the Class immediately, enabling Members or Prospects to Book into the Classes online. You can also specify which Branches the Class will be Available for.
The sign-up page
Used to enable Members or Prospects to sign-up for new Memberships.
If you create a new Payment option for a Membership plan in Clubware and make it Available online, the Member Website's Sign-up page displays the Membership immediately, enabling Members or Prospects to join your gym by signing up for the Membership online. You can also control which Branches the Membership will be Available for sale in.
Navigation
The Member Website URLs are located at Branch level:
Member website
To locate the Member Website URL for a Branch:
Navigate to Branch level (blue menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Branch settings
Click on the Member Website URL located at the bottom of the page.
Timetable page
The Member Website provides a Timetable page for each Branch.
The Timetable page dynamically updates from Clubware. If you create a new Class in Clubware and make it Available online, the Timetable page displays the Class immediately, enabling Members or Prospects to Book into the Classes online.
Note: To modify a Class, access to the Organisation level (grey menu) of Clubware is required. If you do not have access to the Organisation level of Clubware, you will need to contact your Head Office.
You are only able to edit a Class if you have the Manage classes Permission across all of the Branches the Class is Available for.
Clicking on the Member Website URL opens the Timetable page (by default) in a new window:
Link class timetable to your website
Each Branch has its own unique Member Website with a Sign-up page and Timetable page. This enables you to differentiate which Memberships and Classes will be sold at each Branch. Both pages can be linked to your website with help from your website developer.
Your website developer can:
-
Add a Sign-up button on your website linking to the Sign-up page for each Branch
See more information on obtaining the Sign-up page URLs here -
Add a Booking button on your website linking to the Timetable page for each Branch
See more information on obtaining the Timetable page URLs below.
Send timetable links to your website developer
Copy the Timetable page URL you see at the top of your browser, then paste it into an email to your developer. Repeat this process for each Branches Timetable page URL:
Send the Timetable page URLs (for each Branch) to your website developer, so they can create your booking buttons on your website for each Branch.
