Syncing Memberships
Billing Memberships
To sync a Direct-debit Membership:
- Search for the Member in the Member search field
- Click on the Member's name to open their Member profile
- Select Memberships tab
- Click on the name of the Membership you want to Suspend
- Click on the three vertical dots (on the right-hand side of the Membership)
- Select Synchronize
- The synchronisation process will start automatically. The previous sync history will also be visible, complete with the job outcome.
- Click Close
- Clubware will update the membership information from the Billing company.
Note: Please check with your billing company if this feature is available.
