When there are changes to access control information such as cards or permissions, you can now see an up to date status indicating if a change that has been made in Clubware has been updated to the access control servers. You can see if the update is yet to be attempted, has been successful, is still in progress, or if it failed to update in the access control system.
There are four statuses. You can also hover over the dot to see the status notification.
- Pending/Pending Removal (Grey dot)
- Retrying (Yellow dot) No further action is required as the system will retry
- Succeeded (Green dot)
- Failed (Red dot)
It is recommended to wait until the status dot is Green (or Succeeded) before handing the card to the member.
