Role

Your Role must have the Edit correspondence Permission.
Scope
Your Role must have the Permission in the Branch an SMS (Text) template belongs to.
Use case
Modifying SMS (Text) templates can be used for various purposes:
- Book an appointment
- Update the message
- Add additional information via merge fields
- Delete unnecessary merge fields
The advantage of using Clubware to send an SMS message is that the correspondence is lodged against the Member's Notes with a date/time stamp.
Note: Any changes made to an SMS template will be applied to all Branches. Using the merge fields ensures the Branch details are correct.
