Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the View report Permission.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master Franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch Manager
- Receptionist
Scope
You must have an Admin, Master Franchiser, Franchisee, Branch Manager or Receptionist Role in the Branch(es) you wish to run the Report for.

Use case
The Contact tracing Report enables you to identify Members and Staff members that were present in the gym at the same date a confirmed COVID infected person was present. The Report provides all of the contact information required by government departments to begin contact tracing, such as mobile number, home number, address, emergency contact name and number. The Report also includes manual Visits.
Navigation
Contact tracing Reports can be run at both Organisation level and Branch level.

At Organisation level, multiple Branches can be included in the Report.

At Branch level, only one Branch is included in the Report.
Organisation level
To run a Contact tracing Report at Organisation level:
Navigate to Organisation level (light coloured menu)
Click on Reports
Branch level
To run a Contact tracing Report at Branch level:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Reports
Generate a contact tracing report
Click Run |

Enter the From date Either enter the date manually or use the calendar icon to select a date via the calendar:

Enter the To date The From and To dates determine the scope of your Report Either enter the date manually or use the calendar icon to select a date via the calendar:

Select the Branch(es) or Branch group(s) you wish to report on (organisation level only) |

Click Generate |
Viewing a report
Once generated, the Contact tracing Report displays the following data on-screen:
Visited branch - The Branch the Member Visited during the specified time.
Visited date time - The date and time the Member Visited the gym within the specified time.
Re-Entry - The member has reentered the branch within a set time after they first arrived.
Departure Date Time - Time the Member left the gym.
Duration - The time a Member spends in the branch.
Home branch - The Member's Home branch (where they signed up).
Customer name - The Member's first and last name.
Date of birth - The Member's date of birth.
Email - The Member's email address.
Address - The Member's home address.
Mobile Number - The Member's mobile number.
Home phone - The Member's home phone number.
Emergency contact name - The Member's emergency contact person's name.
Emergency contact phone - The Member's emergency contact person's phone number.
