Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the View report Permission.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master Franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch Manager
- Receptionist
Scope
You must have an Admin, Master Franchiser, Franchisee, Branch Manager or Receptionist Role in the Branch(es) you wish to run the Report for.

Use case
The Member sign-up Report enables you to list all new Memberships or renewals purchased within a specified date range. The Report includes any referrals the Member may have provided.
This Report can also be used as a source to send SMS or email campaigns, as it includes each Member's email address and mobile phone number.
Navigation
Member sign-up Reports can be run at both Organisation level and Branch level.

At Organisation level, multiple Branches can be included in the Report.

At Branch level, only one Branch is included in the Report.
Organisation level
To run a Member sign-up Report at Organisation level:
Navigate to Organisation level (light coloured menu)
Click on Reports
Branch level
To run a Member sign-up Report at Branch level:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Reports
Generate a Member sign-up report
Click Run |

Enter the From date Either enter the date manually or use the calendar icon to select a date via the calendar:

Enter the To date The From and To dates determine the scope of your report.

Select the Branch(es) or Branch group(s) you wish to report on (organisation level only) |

Click Generate |
Viewing a report
Once generated, the Member sign-up Report displays the following data on-screen:
Customer name - The Member's first and last name.
Home Branch - The Member's Home branch (where they signed up).
Email - The Member's email address.
Mobile country code - The country code for the Member's mobile number.
Mobile number - The Member's mobile number.
Membership - The name of the Membership(s) the Member is signed up with.
Join date time - The date/time the Member joined the gym.
Source - What source the Member used to sign-up for a Membership.
Referral A - The first person the Member referred to the gym during sign-up.
Referral B - The second person the Member referred to the gym during sign-up.
