Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the View report Permission.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master Franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch Manager
- Receptionist
Scope
You must have an Admin, Master Franchiser, Franchisee, Branch Manager or Receptionist Role in the Branch(es) you wish to run the Report for.

Use case
The Export reports function allows you to product reports in excel, csv or pdf files to fulfill your reporting requirements.
Navigation
Reports can be exported at both Organisation level and Branch level.

At Organisation level, multiple Branches can be included in the Report.

At Branch level, only one Branch is included in the Report.
Organisation level
To export a report at Organisational level, run the required report:
Navigate to Organisation level (light coloured menu)
Click on Reports
Branch level
To export a report at Branch level, run the required report:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Reports
Once the report has run, the Export functions will be visible.
Exporting a report
Reports can be exported into PDF, XLSX or CSV file types.
Export as spreadsheets
CSV and XLSX files can be opened in many different spreadsheet programs:
- Microsoft Excel
- OpenOffice Calc
- Google Sheets
- Apple Numbers
CSV and XLSX files are able to be manipulated (filtered and sorted) via the spreadsheet programs.
To export your Report as an XLSX or CSV file type, click on either Excel Export for XLSX format
or CSV Export for csv format and the report will download:
Export as PDF
PDF files are effectively images of your report
PDF files can be opened in a browser or PDF reader.
To export your Report as a PDF file type, click on Print | Save to PDF :

Run the required report. See the available reports and how to run them here. |

Collapse the level menu using the Collapse Button. Note: Close the arrivals windows as it will appear in the report. |

Change the number of items per page to All. |

Click Print/Save to PDF |

Ensure the Layout is set to landscape. |

Click More settings. |

Adjust the Scale to fit all columns to the single page. Note: The scale required will depend on the number of columns and the information within those columns. It will vary from computer to computer.

Under Margins, click Minimum.
