Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the Manager Correspondence Permission.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master Franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch Manager
Scope
You must have an Admin, Master Franchiser, Franchisee or Branch Manager Role within the Member's Branch.

Use case
When government mandates indicate that vaccination certificates and expiry dates must be recorded for tracking purposes.
Members are unable to visit if they have not been vaccinated. Members need to demonstrate via the government-issued certificate their vaccination status.
This applies to Paxton single site, Paxton multi-site and Inner Range Integriti access control systems as well as those using Access Control Integration through the API.

Ensure your members are aware they'll need to provide proof of vaccination before they will be able to visit. Use the Membership report to raise a list of active members.

The Clubware team will apply a 'Not Vax Verified' status to all members
|

If you are moving to Clubware from another BMS, the migration process will keep any previously recorded vaccination status. |

If the club preference is to deny access to members until they can provide their vaccination status, the Clubware Team will run a script to ensure all members have No Access |

Staff can verify a member's vaccination status. In New Zealand, staff should use the Ministry of Health verifier app and save the vaccination pass expiry date on the member. In Australia, this is subject to state government mandates and members can add a copy of the certificate to their check-in apps directly from their MyGov account.
