Add a vaccination record

This article guides you through the process of recording vaccination status for members in Clubware.

Record a member's vaccination status

Prerequisites

Role

Your Role must have the Manage member Permission.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:

• Admin
• Master Franchiser
• Franchisee
• Branch Manager
• Receptionist

 

Scope

You must have an Admin, Master Franchiser, Franchisee, Branch Manager or Receptionist Role within the Branch the Member "Belongs to".

 

Rules

Members are modified within their Home branch only (where they "Belong to")

Use case

When government mandates that members can visit only after producing their vaccination record. 

Navigation

Members are modified at Branch level:

 

Branch level

To modify a Member:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)

Click on Members

 

Record a member's vaccination status

To verify a Member's vaccination status:

		Select the Member from the Member list.  Note: The member who needs to show their vaccination certificate has the Not Vax Verified tag.
		Click either Verify vaccination from the banner of the member or the Vaccination Record Icon within the Member profile.
		Click Yes, I confirm once you have seen the vaccination certificate.
		To add a vaccination certificate expiry date, click Edit.
		Add the expiry date located below the members address.
		Click Update.
		The expiry date will now appear on the members profile.
