There are several reasons a Transfer may fail:

The Member has more than 1 Active Membership.
Currently, we do not support multiple Active Membership Transfers, therefore, one Membership will need to be removed, or contact Clubware support to resolve. -
The Billing account status displays 'DDR deleted'.
This would usually indicate the Membership Billing belongs to another Branch (see below). -
The Billing is handled by another Branch (this is usually caused when a Member is added to one Branch, but the billing was initially set up in another Branch prior to migrating to Clubware Web).
In this scenario, the billing (at the Billing company side) would need to be moved to the Branch the Member Belongs to in Clubware Web. -
The Member's existing Billing cycle day (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun) does not match the facilities regular Billing cycle day.
In this scenario, the Member signed up a while ago, when the Billing company allowed Members to select which day of the week to make payments. If the Billing company no longer offers this option, and their Billing cycle day of the week does not match the facilities regular Billing cycle day, an error will occur. Contact Clubware support to resolve.
