Prerequisites
Each Branch will have a Member Website Membership URL (link) of its own, which will autonomously display all of the Memberships and various Payment options on offer within the Branch. Clubware will provide the Member Website Membership URL's (links) to the website developer.
Paid-in-full (One-off) Memberships can only be purchased in-house, therefore will not have an option to make Available online.
Online signups can be purchased with a credit card, bank account number or direct-debit Payment method.
Multi-branch gyms
A website developer must provide a web page that will enable Prospective Members (Prospects) to select which Branch they want to join.
Each selection will redirect to the Branch's Member Website Membership page, which is auto-created by Clubware.
Single branch gyms
A website developer will add a Join Now button (or something similar) that links to the Branch's Member Website Membership page, which is auto-created by the Clubware.
Use case
Use this feature to enable Prospective Members (Prospects) to sign up for a Membership via your website.
Note: New Members may still have to come into the gym to complete the sign-up process i.e. to obtain an Access card, provide a guarantor or be given a tour of the gym and taken through any safety instructions.

The Prospective Member navigates to the gym website and selects the Branch they wish to join.
All Memberships and Payment options for the Branch (within Clubware) are automatically displayed. If new Membership plans are created, they are automatically added to the list
The Member selects the Membership and Payment option they desire from a list of available Membership plans in that Branch.
Staff members
To locate the Member Website URL (link), Staff members navigate to the Branch settings menu:
At the bottom of the page, click on the Member Website URL (link)
The Member Website will open in a new browser window.
Click Join now
