This article describes the attributes of an Arrival.

What is an arrival
An Arrival is a timestamp created each time a Member enters the gym. Unlike Visits, an Arrival event is lodged in the Arrival list every time a Member uses their Access card or FOB for entry:
Note: An Arrival counts every time a Member enters the gym doors.
A Visit counts each time a Member Visits the gym to train (it does not count re-entries within 90 minutes).
Arrivals for each Branch are logged in the Arrivals list which is viewed at Branch level only:
To view the Arrivals list at Branch level:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Arrivals
All Arrivals are listed with the most recent at the top:
Within the Arrival list, click on an Arrival to view the Member's details:
You will be taken to the Member's details within the Branch they "Belong to".
Note: If the Arrival was from a Member that "Belongs to" a Branch you do not have Permission to view, you will not be able to click on the Member to display their details.
Each Arrival contains the following information:
- the name of the Member arriving
- the time of Arrival
- the Access level granted to Member
- the home Branch the Member belongs to
- Tags to indicate if they are not permitted to enter the gym
The name of the Member.
The date the Member swiped their Access card to enter the gym.
The time the Member swiped their Access card to enter the gym.
The Access level granted by the Active Membership(s) they have.
The Home branch the Member "Belongs to".
Arrival Tags indicate one of five conditions:
No-tag indicates the Member is granted Access
Manual visit indicates the Arrival was manually entered by a Staff member rather than an Access card or FOB being used at entry.
Suspended indicates the Member has requested to temporarily pause their Membership and Membership Payments. Usually, a Member will request a Suspension when they go on holiday.
Overdue indicates the Member is overdue with at least one payment.
Blocked indicates all of the Member's Memberships cannot be used to gain access to the gym. The Blocked Tag will only appear if all of the Member's Memberships have been restricted. If a Member has at least one Active Membership, this Tag will not appear.

Arrival pop-up window
A Pop-up window is displayed as a Member swipes in with their Access card:
The Pop-up window provides information Staff members may need to know as a Member arrives, such as when a Member is Overdue, Blocked, or Suspended:
As other Members swipe in, the Pop-up window displays the entries in order of their Arrival:
A scroll bar on the right enables you to view earlier Arrivals.
To display the details of an earlier Arrival, click on the Member's name.
If a Member swipes in a second time, they are moved to the top of the list. Members will only appear once in the Pop-up window with their most recent Arrival time.
To close the Pop-up window click X (top right-hand corner).
The Pop-up window will automatically re-open when the next Member swipes their Access card.
Note: If closed, the Pop-up window will lose its list of recent Arrivals, however, all Arrivals can still be viewed in the main Arrivals list.
