What are permissions?

Permissions are rights or privileges that provide or restrict access to specific parts of Clubware. Combinations of Permissions are called Roles which can be applied to each Staff member.

 

How do I know which permissions I have?

To identify which Permissions you have, you must first identify which Role(s) you have been allocated. Then you can identify which Permissions have been allocated to that Role.

 

To identify your role:

Navigate to Organisation view >> Staff
Click on your name in the Staff member list
Click Edit on the Security groups panel
You will see which Role(s) you have been allocated in each Branch.

 

To identify which permissions are allocated to a role:

Navigate to Organisation view >> Management
Click on Roles setup (top of the screen)
Click on the Role you wish to view the Permissions for
You will see which Permissions have been allocated to that Role.

 

Can I change my permissions?

This is only possible by changing the Role you have.
