This article guides you through the process of modifying a Term/Ongoing Membership plan.

Modify a membership plan
Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the "Manage membership plan" Permission to modify Membership plans.
Preset Roles that have this Permission are:
- Admin
- Master franchiser
- Franchisee
- Branch manager
Scope
To modify a Membership plan, you must have one of the above Roles within all of the Branches the Payment options are "Available for sale" in. i.e. If you want to modify a Membership plan that is "Available for sale" in Branch A, B and C, but you only have an Admin, Master franchiser, Franchisee or Branch Manager Role in Branch A and B, you will not be able to modify the Membership plan.

Use case
Modifying a Membership plan enables you to change:
- the Membership name
- the Membership description
- the Access level associated with the Membership
- the number of Visits permitted (Visit pass only)
Navigation
Membership plans are modified at Organisation level:
Organisation level
To modify a Membership plan:
Navigate to Organisation level (light coloured menu)
Click on Management
Select Membership plans
All Membership plans that are "Available for" Branches within your Role's Scope are listed:

Select the Membership plan you want to modify |

Click on the three vertical dots (on the right-hand side of the Membership plan) |

Click Edit |
