Remove a paid-in-full membership
Prerequisites
Role
Your Role must have the Manage membership Permission.
Scope
You must have a Role within the Branch you wish to remove a Membership.
Rules
The Membership must be active.
You cannot end a Paid-in-full Membership that displays
Note: Suspended Memberships must be un-suspended before they can be removed.

Use case
Remove a Paid-in-full Membership if you want to:
- Prevent a Member from accessing the gym
- Cancel a Membership for a Member
Navigation
Memberships are removed at Branch level:
Branch level
To remove a Paid-in-full Membership:
Navigate to Branch level (dark coloured menu)
Select a Branch (optional)
Click on Members
Remove a paid-in-full membership
To remove a Paid-in-full Membership:

Select a member from the Member list |

Select Memberships (above the member profile) |

Select the Membership you wish to remove |
||

Click on the three vertical dots (top right-hand side) |

Select End |
||

Set the End date to the date you want the membership to be removed Either enter the date manually or use the calendar icon to select a date via the calendar

Select the Cancellation reason |

Click End |
