This article guides you through the process of resetting a Staff member's password

Prerequisites
Role
A Staff member with any Role is able to reset their password.
Rules
Once set, a username cannot be changed.
A Staff member cannot reset the initial temporary password. If they did not change their temporary password within 24 hours of being sent it, Clubware support will need to be contacted.
Note: Ensure the Staff member's email address is correct:
Ensure the Staff member can access the inbox for the provided email address.

Use case
Use this process when a Staff member can not recall their Clubware password.
Reset password
To reset a Staff member's password:

Navigate to the Clubware login screen |

Enter the Username you want reset |
||

||
Click Reset my password An email is sent to the email address listed in the Staff profile. |

|
||
Enter the 6 digit verification code and your new password Note: Passwords must be at least 10 characters long, and contain:

Click Change Password |
